Otzi Ember Portable Dual Person Grill *Stainless Steel*
I have the Ember Stainless. Definitely working as described. The engineering is great on this thing. I mean, it folds flat and works great as a grill, what else could you ask for? I've used it three time so far. Each time, the bottom panel seems to get a bit more warped, but it honestly doesn't affect the performance at all. I've had to build some HOT fires to get enough coals to cook. It's working great for van life!
Quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service!
So far I have used it once to grill up a couple of steaks and am 100% satisfied with my Ember. I'm really looking forward to the utility of it. My wife and I road trip in the summer with a Gulfstream Vintage Cruiser travel trailer. It has a little gas grill which attaches to the back end of the trailer and hooks up to the RV propane. I've used it once three years ago. Absolutely hated it. As our trailer is pretty small, a 19 footer, we have limited space for hauling a bigger Weber-style grill. The Ember in it's storage case will easily stow in a forward cargo compartment of slip into a tub in the bed of our truck. Another big plus: all of our children have left the nest. I used to grill for them and for their friends using big charcoal drum-style grills on our back deck. Since it's usually just my wife and I now, the Ember will do double duty for just the two of us.
Very handy to keep in my jeep. Works well.
Amazing product, first use cooked a porterhouse on it to see just how well made it was. Did not disappoint! To be able to cook that big of a steak and then have it fold down and take up the same amount of space as an magazine is amazing.
